Deciduous forest.

Description
Shrub or small tree 1.5 m tall, the stem 2.5 cm diam; bark brown, smooth; all leaves mined by insect; growing in understory on flat ground. This species forming a colony of dozens of individuals scattered over 50 square meters or so.
