  • Description

    Herb 1.5 m tall, the rhizomes/lower stems decumbent, the stems erect; leaves not peppery tasting; racemes nodding; flowers pale pink and greenish white. The plants here forming a nearly solid colony of many thousands of individuals covering a hectare or more. Growing sympatrically with Atha & Nee 8284 and 8285. Phenology of specimen: Flower and Fruit.
