    Caespitose perennials from densely branched caudices; herbage aromatic, minutely glandular-scabrous; leaves entirely basal, the leaflets mucronate; involucre obsolete; involucel bracts and calyx lobes well-developed, linear-subulate, green; petals yellow; dorsal ribs of fruits thickly winged. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
