Description
90 foot tree, 12 inches diameter, from mixed forest, similar in habit and wood to Couepia bracteosa but grown to a big tree, under surface of leaves sericeous to rusty-brown; flowers shortly spiked ; calyx rusty silky hairy, reflexed; petals white, deciduous. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
