United States of America. Utah. Beaver Co. In the Tushar Mountains along Forest Service road 153, at Big Flat, ca. 3 miles south of Puffer lake. Fishlake National Forest, Delano Peak Quad (7 1/2 min.).

Habitat
Large meadow at flat strech of road to summit with spruce, fir, and aspen on the periphery. Growing with Potentilla, Trifolium, Carex and Penstemon. Ground almost completely covered in plant life. Frequent.

In large (0.5 m sq.) ground hugging clumps/colonies. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
