Georeferencing Method
Georeferencing Quick Reference Guide, Version 2012. Unable to find the precise location of "Estrada do Bonfim," instead georeferenced to the geographic center of the city of São Paulo de Olivença in Amazonas, ensuring that the uncertainty radius encompassed the entire area considered to be São Paulo de Olivença (município). Using Google Maps - Satellite View, located the city of São Paulo de Olivença, which sits along Rio Solimões. Used Canadensys Lat/Long Crosshairs to find the coordinates of the approximate geographic center of the city. Used Distance Measurement Tool (Google Maps) to find the linear extent by measuring from the selected coordinates to the farthest extent of município São Paulo de Olivença. Used linear extent as the uncertainty radius.
