Using Canadensys Lat/Long Crosshairs, found coordinates for the offset. Using Distance Measurement Tool (Google Maps) again, found the linear extent of the starting location of the offset, the city of Belmonte, by measuring from the selected starting coordinates near the center of the city to the farthest extent of the city.
