Habitat
Water-worn, horizontally bedded sandstone at surface, with damp sand, sedge marsh, exposed rocks & waterfall. Vegetation open scrub to closed low woodland in drier areas. This plant growing in rock crevices.

Description
Tufted fern with coriaceous rigid fronds, mid-green, slightly glossy above, very pale beneath. Sori black. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
