Description

Tree, ca 6 m x 5 cm DBH. Leaves to ca. 35 cm x 15 cm, very long-acuminate apically. Petals 6, rotate, white; filaments white, anthers yellow, ca. 20-25 stamens per flower; style yellowish-green; stigma capitate. Euglossine bees seen visiting flowers (photo). Common. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
