Thallus lichenicolous on Parmelia sulcata, ascomata black, hemispherical;
epihymenium KOH+ yellow-dissolving; hymenium colorless* KOH+ blue[!];
ascospores hyaline, ca. 8-per ascus, 2-celled, upper cell larger, 13-17nmx 5-6jxm.
