Fields having dog-toothed limestone areas. With Phyllanthus, Lobelia, Besleria, Smilax, and Vernonia.

Description
Flowers with strongly reflexed, red-purple petals and red-purple stamens with cream anthers. Style strongly curved. Immature fruits tinged with red-purple. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
