Puerto Rico. Ciales. NW of Ciales town center, ca 1 km (by air) WNW of road 149 bridge across the Rio Grande de Manatí.

Description

Tree or shrub 2 m tall, the stems arching; bark grey; flowers very inconspicuous, pendent, yellow.
