tall, yellowish-green, smooth. Culm leaves: sheath
green with yellowish margins and otherwise mottled with
yellow, the summit with thick golden-brown curly hairs;
blade green, reflexed, remaining attached to the sheath
when it falls upon development.of the branches. Branch
complements: 53 & 63 branches at nodes counted.
