Slopes with forest remnants of Alnus acuminata, Quercus, Cupressus, Pinus on slopes and more mesic vegetation in canyons.

Description
Shrub or small tree, with single stem, then branched, to 6.5 m. tall; leaves badly eaten. Inflorescence erect; corolla very pale violet, almost white. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fertile.
