    Gently NE-sloping Populus tremuloides woodland aroung cattle grazed spring. With Salix eastwoodiae, Symphoricarpos rotundifolius, Smilacina stellata, Ribes cereum, Rosa woodsii, Lupinus arbustus, Trifolium longipes, Carex nebrascensis, C. microptera, Veratrum californicum, Elymus trachycaulis, Bromus carinatus, Descurainia californica. Common and dense in stream and on banks. Mixed pumice and granitic soil.
