  • Habitat

    Upland forest on rolling terrain deeply dissected by many narrow streams. Recently disturbed by logging. Only modest presence of Guadua bamboo and palms (the latter prevalent in low-lying areas). Frequent.

    Tree. Felled tree, bole height 24 m, 86 cm diam, inflorescences erect, calyx dull green, petal white with yellow midvein, fruits immature, pendent. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
