    Bluff, ca, 13 m. above bay and ca. 100 m. S of bay. Windswept shrubs show much wind planing,. Zanthohylum fag.-Zizyphus sp.-Disopyros tex. "Tamaulipas" scrub complex. Dark brown sandy silt over gray sandy silt.

    shrub, 2 m. Shrub, 2 m. Very densely branched, switchlike branches pointing prevailingly upward. Has pruned look. Orange aril [female plant]. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
