Habitat
Growing on a steep roocky roadbank. . . Growing with Lasiacis, Rubus, Clusia, Cecropia and ferns.

Description
. . .trailing for at least 5-6 m, arching over. . .appearing suddenly at about this altitude. Sheaths persistent but shredding, appearing as fibers on developed nodes. New shoots slender, from a pachymorph rhizome. Plant with a delicate lacy appearance. Phenology of specimen: Sterile.
