Habitat
Growing in dry forest/cerradão transition.

Description
Tree, leaning over at an angle of 45°, 6 m tall but if standing straight up it would be nearer 12m. Trunk 28cm in diameter at the equivalent of breast height. Blaze: wood yellow-white, cortex pale gold-brown; both soon darkening - the cortex to golden velvet curtain colour. Perianth grey. Phenology of specimen: Fruit, Flower.
