30% east slope, loam soil, Creeks Bank & springs, meadow, 0.3 (density in tenths); Carex, Poa, Deschampsia, Leontodon, Alders; light use durring summer, foraged by sheep and goats. Scattered.

3 to 6 feet, perennial pink, flowering in july, fruiting in july and august; poor forage value.
