Habitat

Non-flooded, lowland forest.

Description

Tree, 12 m x 10 cm. Bark slightly scalloped, with long, vertically oriented lenticels. The outer bark dark red, nearly as thick as inner bark, the inner bark red. Phenology of specimen: sterile.
