Weedy, open 2nd growth forest around old Japanese buildings. Include Macaranga, Ficus, Osmoxylon, and Heterospatha elata palms in overstory, Microsorium scolopendria and Merremia peltata vines in understory.

Description
Small tree, 5 m tall. Leaves 2x-3x pinnate. Fruit in umbels, purple when ripe.
