In trees along ravine by road in lowest portion of a steep S-facing hillside. Quebrada & adjacent slopes & ridge at top of hills; chert. Xeric grassland maintained by fire on exposed slopes w/ shrublands & woods in ravines.

Liana-scrambler. flws white, sepals becoming dark purple & fleshy in frt. Frts green to red. Phenology of specimen: Flower and Fruit.
