Description
Pileus 2-5.5 cm broad, convex to plano-convex, viscid to glutinous, white to dull yellow, squamulose scaly (apparently appressed under gluten) to erect squamulose scaly to appendiculate at margin. Flesh white, unchanging, with mild odor and taste. Lamellae adnexed, close, pale gray to grayish brown, with white, fimbriate edges. Stipe 3-4.5 cm long, 3-7 mm broad, curved, terete, dry, white, squamulose scaly below veil, finely appressed fibrillose above veil, with interior dull yellowish, with gelatinous appearance. Veil white and floccose.
