    On a west-facing outcrop of an altered, green Alaskite. Cercocarpus ledifolius-Artemisia arbuscula formation. Associated with Viguiera multiflora, Opuntia fragilis. A few scattered plants on a W-facing outcrop of an altered, green Alaskite.

    Multiple stems arising from a woody caudex, decumbent-ascending. Phenology of specimen: Fertile, Flower, Fruit.
