    20° northeast-facing slope of rocky decomposed granite soil. Pinus monophylla woodland with Artemisia tridentata, Purshia tridentata, Eriogonum umbellatum, Phlox stansburyi, Leymus cinerus, Phacelia bicolor. Common, especially in dead Pinyon duff.
