Wet coastal forests. Sympatric with Capparidastrum discolor (XC 8037).

Description
Tree 8 m tall, c. 20 cm dbh, several trunks. Flowers nocturnal, ephemerous. Calyx dark green; petals narrowly obovate, c. 2-3 cm, greenish-white abaxially, reflexed at anthesis; stamens spirally arranged in bud. Fruits immature, dark green. Phenology of specimen: Flower and Fruit.
