Habitat
Sample site in well-drained, moderately sloping terrain. Tall, seconadry forest logged in the 60s and in 1992. Dominant species: Schizolobium. Symphonia and Micropholis melinoniana. Frequent in understorey: Comspneura sprucei and Sorocea cufodontisii.

Tree, ca. 30 m x 35 cm. Tree, some 30 m. x 35 cm. Flowers greenish yellow. Fragrant. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
