young shoots preventing seasickness. Gather 4 young
shoots, pound, place in weipwul or noni
leaf, and rub all over your body and store
the rest in your bag. This will help you not
feel seasick. Before you go to the ocean or
cross the ocean, you need 4 of the young
shoot for protection and prevent you from
getting seasick.
