Steep slopes. With dry forest dominated by Schinopsis haenkeana, Luehea steinbachii.

Description
Hemi-epiphyte with bulbous swellings on aerial root/stem, globose, to 10 cm. in diameter. Branches to 2 m. long, with hanging inflorescences, only one inflorescence with flowers; in bud the calyx light orange and corolla yellow. Phenology of specimen: Sterile.
