    Three plants, 2 still in rosette, third branched from base, with semi-erect stems 8-9 dm. long, green or little red, muricate; leaves crinkled hypanthium green or red; sepals red, with connivent tips; petals pale, 35 mm. long; stigma-lobes yellow, spreading; capsule green. Phenology of specimen: Fertile, Flower.
