Location

Georgia. Kazbegi. North of Jvari Pass (Cross Pass) on west-facing slopes, above Georgian Military Highway.

Description

Plants not more than 0.5 m tall, in large, dense colonies; flowers very pale yellow. Dry stems used to barbecue meat.
