Subalpine birch (Betula litwinowii) forest with tall herbaceous vegetation. Heracleum asperum, Heracleum sosnowskyi, Aconitum nasutum, Delphinium schmalhausenii, Betula litwinowii, Betula raddeana, Salix caprea, Sorbus caucasigena.

Erect biennial herb with thick reflexed-strigose stems up to 150-200cm tall, setose; leaves ovate, crenate or serrate setulose, lower petiolate, upper amplexicaul; peduncles glandulosar; involucral bracts lanceolate, sparsely pilose; capitula 2-4cm diam.,. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
