    In sand pocket on southwest-sloping Navajo Sandstone outcrop with Fraxinus, Juniperus, Opuntia and Gutierrezia.

  • Description

    Plants annual, with fine, cobwebby hairs below and sparse, black-tipped glands above; caylex glabrous; corolla tube included, the throat yellow below and whitish above; corolla lobes whitish (rarely lavender) with scattered purple flecks and a lavender spot at the base of each lobe. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
