Habitat
Former chaco forest with Schinopsis marginata, Pterogyne nitens, brushy areas between new and old portions of road.

Description
Shrub 4 m. tall, with ca. 8 stems, apparently had been cut at the base and resprouting. Leaves not flat, apparently infected with a virus, but otherwise the plant healthy. Inflorescence erect; flowers nodding, odorless (1:25 P.M., sunny); corolla pale blue; anthers yellow. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
