This specimen used for illustration Ed. 3 Britton & Brown's Flora. See letter feom A. S. Hitchcock (US Dept. Agric., 7 Oct 1933) to John K. Small (New York Botanical Garden) with the identification as Eulalia viminea and "This is a recently intorduced grass which has been reproted from Virginia and Tenness. I am glad to have this additional locality."
