Habitat
High coastal evergreen forest on heavy loam. THis plant in forest margin.

Description
Tree to 7 m. Leaves dull green above with impressed main veins, rusty beneath. Bracts white. Calyx and petals white. Anthers reddish orange with yellow porose tube. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
