Habitat
Hillside near stream. Sandstone outcrops with shrubby vegetation, adjacent grassy slopes, and valley of small stream; mostly sandy soil, but with overlying black humus in many places.

Shrub 0.6 -1.6 m. tall; fruit with glandular hairs. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
