Habitat
Juniperus osteosperma woodland. East facing slope, 60%. Associated with Artemisia arbuscula arbuscula, Bromus tectorum, Oryzopsis hymenoides, Mentzelia albicaulis, Gilia leptomeria, Elytrigia spicata, Descurainia richardsonii. Common. Shallow, very gravelly limestone soil.
