Habitat
Open sandstone ridge top with steep cliffs interspersed with sandy hollows and broken rocky slopes, scattered shrubs in proteted areas and low perennials with bare patches on flatter ground, considerable sun exposure and seasonal storms. Locally abundant on steep, rocky slopes and cliffs.

Description
Shrub, to ca. 5 m. in height. Leaves grey-tomentose. Corolla yellow. Plants appears to be dioiceous and no sign of mature fruits was seen despite careful search. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
