Habitat
Growing in valley forest on rich soil.

Description
Tree, 9 m tall. Trunk 18 cm dbh. Bark with deep longitudinal fissures. Blaze wood white, surrounded by pale pink cortex. The wood is soft and only valuable as firewood. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
