Description
parasite on shrub. Parasite. Height 5 cm. Flower colour crimson. Clusters of crimson flowers appearing above ground. Male and female flowers apart, emitting chemical small combined with smell of host plant. Root parasites on Helichrysum reflexum and sometimes Cliffortia. [This NY specimen is parasitic on Helichrysum reflexum]. Phenology of specimen: Fertile, Flower.
