In sparse campo cerrado.

Description
Shrub, 3.5 m. tall, 10 cm. dbh, with roughish, vertically fissured, greyish bark. Petal creamy white with a honey-guide of mauve-purple spots. Anther dark purple. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
