• Description

  Planta suculenta de tallos rastreros ascendentes, hojas estrechas y flores blancas con base amarilla o violácea dispuestas en espigas arqueadas. En Puerto Rico habita en suelos salinos, costeros, humedales y estuarios. Se encuentra también en Florida, Texas, las Bahamas, Indias Occidentales, América Tropical y trópicos del Viejo Mundo Succulent plant of creeping climbing stems, narrow leaves, and white flowers with yellow or lilac base arranged in a bent spike. In Puerto Rico, it grows in saline, costal terrains, wetlands, and estuaries. It is also found in Florida, Texas, Bahamas, the West Indies, Tropical America and the tropics of the Old World.
