• Description

  This species has reddish-brown stems with few or no conpicuous lenticels. It has serrate leaf blade margins with apical trichomes on the serrations, well-developed festoons between the secondaries and the margin, and papillate abaxial leaf blade surfaces are characteristic of this species.
