Description

Leaf, fruit, and seeds of Lecythis tuyrana based on de Sedas 216 from a cultivated tree in the Canal Zone, Panama. This tree was growing on the lawn of the Governor's property so Alejando de Sedas had to ask permission to collect it. The tree was also in flower at this time.
