Description - A spreading, branching, glabrous or sparsely pilose perennial 1 to 2 meters long, with lanceolate blades about 1.5 cm. wide, and rather dense, many-flowered panicles 10 to 20 cm. long, the spikelets glabrous, 3 mm. long.
