Description
Species Description - Plants 1.5-2 mm wide, pale green, growing closely appressed on leaf surfaces. Leaf lobes ovate-obovate, with scattered ocelli, apex and dorsal margin with a whitish border of thin-walled, quadrate to rectangular cells in 1-2 rows. Lobules ovate-elongate, ca. 2/5 of lobe length, inflated, keel arched, free margin plane or incurved; first tooth erect, finger-like, 3-5 cells long and (1)2-3 cells wide at base; second tooth smaller, 1-2 cells long, often incurved and inconspicuous. Underleaves distant, small, to 0.3 mm wide, bifid to 3/4 of length, lobes narrowly triangular, acute. Autoicous.
