Description
Species Description - Plants 0.6-1.2 mm wide, dull, pale green, creeping to pendent. Leaf lobes widely spreading, ovate-orbicular, convex, apex broadly rounded, margins entire or sinuate. Cells in midlobe 20-25 µm long, plane to somewhat mammillose, papilla lacking, trigones small or large, intermediate thickenings lacking; oil bodies 1-2 per cell. Lobules 1/5-1/4 of leaf length, small, hidden behind underleaves, strongly inflated, ovoid to elongate, keel smooth, at an oblique angle with stem, making a sharp angle with ventral margin of lobe, apical tooth short-blunt. Underleaves bifid to 1/3-1/2 of length, large, contiguous to imbricate, orbicular, 4-6 times stem width, bases broadly rounded, insertion line deeply arched. Dioicous. Gynoecia with 1 sterile or fertile, lejeuneoid innovation.
