  • Description

    Species Description - Plants alga-like, less than 1 mm wide, whitish green. Branching mostly terminal, intercalary branches rare. Leaves hair-like, consisting of 2-3(4) uniseriate filaments, 4-7 cells long, connected to each other by lower 1/2 of basal leaf cells. Underleaves consisting of 2-3 short filaments 1-3 cells long.

    Rare in moist lowland forest, more common in submontane cloud forest, 300-700 m, on bark and rotten wood.
